Panvoxx Auto reads your message and automatically picks the best model for the task. Quick question? It uses Quick. Complex analysis? It routes to Reason or Deep. Creative writing? It picks Writer. Zero effort on your part — just type and get the best answer. Auto is the default model for paid users.

Genius is our most powerful (and expensive) model, available only on Plus ($19.90/mo) and higher plans. Free trial users have access to 9 models, Lite subscribers to 10 — everything except Genius. Upgrade to Plus or higher to unlock it.

Credits power your AI conversations. Every message costs credits — the amount depends on which model you use and message length. Think of it like a phone plan: texts are cheap, video calls cost more — but both are included.

Credits reset to your full plan amount every month when your subscription renews. During the 3-day free trial, credits reset daily. Unused credits do not carry over — you always start fresh.

Each plan has a daily spending limit to prevent accidental overuse. When you see this message, you've used your daily allowance. Your cap resets at midnight UTC. You can also buy a top-up for instant extra credits, or upgrade your plan for a higher daily limit.

When you cancel your subscription, your account stays active until the end of the billing period. After that, you’ll need to resubscribe to continue using the AI models. All your conversations and history are kept — nothing is deleted. If you want your data permanently removed, let us know here.

AI models are very capable but not perfect. They can occasionally make mistakes or present outdated information as current. Always verify important facts, especially for medical, legal, or financial decisions. For current information, Panvoxx uses web search to provide up-to-date answers.

Hover over a conversation in the left sidebar and click the trash icon that appears. The conversation is permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

All data is stored on Nordic servers in Finland with 256-bit encryption. We never train AI models on your conversations or share your data. Read our Privacy Policy.

Response time depends on the model and message complexity. Quick responds in 1-2 seconds. Genius and Reason may take 10-30 seconds for complex tasks. Image generation with Create takes 5-15 seconds. If responses are consistently slow, try refreshing the page.

Image generation can fail if:
• Your description violates content guidelines (no explicit content)
• You don't have enough credits (~50,000 needed per image)
• There's a temporary server issue

Try rephrasing your description or wait a moment and try again.

AI models can make mistakes. Tips:
• Ask the AI to double-check its answer
• Try a different model (Reason or Deep for complex topics)
• For current information, make sure web search is being used
• Always verify important facts independently

You can send very long messages — there's no practical limit for normal use. The AI models have large context windows, meaning they can process long conversations and documents. Reason has the largest context window and can handle documents up to ~200,000 words.

You can export any AI-generated document as PDF or Word and share it. Direct conversation sharing via link is not currently supported — your conversations are private by design.

Yes! Log in on your computer, phone, and tablet with the same account. Your conversations sync automatically across all devices. You can be logged in on multiple devices at the same time.
