2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Panvoxx, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use Panvoxx.

3. The Service

Panvoxx provides access to multiple AI language models through a single web interface. The service includes text generation, image generation, document analysis, code assistance, and AI-powered UI/UX design assistance. AI models are provided by third-party AI service providers. Features and available models vary by subscription plan. After the free trial period ends, continued access requires a paid subscription starting at $9.90/month (Lite plan).

You must provide a valid email address and verify it. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One person may not create multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Subscription Plans and Pricing

All prices in USD, excl. VAT where applicable. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via our payment provider and renew automatically. Credit balances reset with each billing cycle. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice.

7. Credit System

Usage is measured in credits. Different AI models consume credits at different rates — more powerful models use more credits per message. Your credit balance is visible in the application. Image generation limits apply per plan per day. When credits are exhausted, you must upgrade or wait for renewal.

8. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract was concluded (i.e., the date of your subscription purchase).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email to [email protected]) including your name, email address used for the account, and date of purchase.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days using the same payment method.

Exception: If you have explicitly consented to the service starting immediately and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal may be limited proportionally to the service already provided.

You can use the standard withdrawal form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket), but it is not mandatory.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to remaining credits until the period ends.

10. Refund Policy

Beyond the 14-day withdrawal right described above, refunds may be granted at our discretion if fewer than 20% of your monthly credit allocation has been used. To request a refund, contact [email protected]. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via our payment provider.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the AI models
• Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal use
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free credit allocations
• Share account credentials with others
• Use the service to develop competing AI products
• Generate or distribute child sexual abuse material or content that exploits minors

12. Your Responsibility for AI Output

You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ElipTor AB, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of AI-generated content, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights. This means that if someone makes a claim against us because of how you used the service, you are responsible for those costs.

13. Content and Ownership

You own the content you create using Panvoxx. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs. However, we are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of AI-generated content.

14. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, network issues, or force majeure.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Swedish or EU law.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or fail to pay. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

If you are dissatisfied with our service or handling of a complaint, you may refer the matter to:

19. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
