Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time via the customer portal. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Your credits are safe when switching plans.
The daily cap limits how many credits you can use per calendar day. This prevents a single very heavy day from exhausting your entire monthly budget in one go. The cap resets at midnight UTC.
Each image generated or edited with the Create model costs a flat 50,000 credits — regardless of complexity. Both generation and editing cost the same. This is separate from text credits and much more predictable.
Annual plans are billed once per year at a 20% discount compared to monthly. You get the exact same features and credits as the monthly equivalent — just at a better price. Annual plans are non-refundable: if you cancel, your access continues until the end of the paid period. You will not be charged again after that.
You can switch from monthly to annual at any time — just cancel your monthly plan and subscribe to the annual version. The reverse (annual to monthly) takes effect at the end of your annual period. Contact us if you need help.
